Abstract

The emergence of demands from the public for public services, encourages the existing central and local governments to use information technology in the implementation of public services known as e-government. One of the regional government that utilizes e-government in providing public services, especially licensing services, is the DPMPTSP Serang Regency which is currently carried out online through SIMPONIE. This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government in online licensing services through SIMPONIE in DPMPTSP Serang Regency. The research method in this study uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The theory used in this research is a successful element of implementation e-government based on the results of studies and research of the Harvard JFK School of Government, including support, capacity, and value. The results of the study show that the implementation of SIMPONIE in the DPMPTSP Serang Regency can be said to be a success. This can be seen from the support in the form of vision and mission, regulations, and socialization. The implementation of SIMPONIE also provides benefits such as easier service and does not take a long time, it's just that in its implementation there are still network constraints that make SIMPONIE sometimes inaccessible.

Abstract

The adoption of decentralized and autonomous systems has created numerous opportunities for regional governments to drive development in various sectors, including rural governance. With the rapid advancement of technology, it is important for governments to keep up with the development of digital services. Lawatan Village is a prime example of a community that has successfully implemented the concept of a digital village. This research aims to investigate the development of a digital village in Lawatan Village, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency. The focus of the research is examined through the theory of successful elements of e-government development as identified by the Harvard JFK School of Government, consisting of support, capacity, and value. This research employs a qualitative, descriptive method in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the digital village development in Lawatan. The findings indicate that the Lawatan Village Government has successfully implemented the concept of a digital village with the support of the government and sufficient resource management capacity. The development of a digital village has provided benefits to both the village.

Abstract

A novelty is needed for government administrators and community development to be more effective and efficient. The Surabaya City Government seeks to provide services in managing information accurately. It is necessary to have the role of the community, namely cadres to contribute in conducting survey services for citizen data collection in order to improve the quality of public services in the city of Surabaya. Information from the survey results can be uploaded via the Sayang Warga application. The purpose of this study is to describe the "Sayang Warga" Application Innovation in increasing the ease of citizen data collection by cadres in the city of Surabaya. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used in this study is the attribute of innovation according to Rogers in Suwarno (2008) which includes Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, and Observability. The results of the study show that the application of the Sayang Warga application in the city of Surabaya can be said to make it easier for cadres to carry out the citizen data collection process. The application of this application also provides benefits in making service easier and does not require a long time, only in its implementation there are still some obstacles in the Sayang Warga application making it difficult to access.
